ZDR3 Operations

ZDR3 operates with a small, dedicated team that monitors hazards, expands response capabilities, and ensures network readiness year-round. When assistance is needed, the ZDR3 Communications Command Post (CCP) springs into action, managed collectively by our leadership. This CCP acts as the nerve center for all response activities, mirroring the structure of a FEMA virtual Emergency Operations Center (EOC).
